Pneumatic Hard Seal Butterfly Valve Product Overview

The D643H\D673H pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve structure consists of an imported pneumatic piston actuator and a triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valve, commonly referred to as a pneumatic triple eccentric metal seal butterfly valve. The valve seat adopts a multi-layer structure compatible with hard sealing, featuring high machining precision and advanced technology. When paired with an electric valve positioner, the pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve can be controlled by inputting a 4–20mA DC signal and a 0.4–0.7MPa air source, enabling regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. Equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and a 0.4–0.7MPa air source, the pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve can perform switching operations and provide two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's open or closed status. Composed of main components such as the valve body, disc, multi-layer valve seat, valve stem, and transmission mechanism, the pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve boasts a simple structure, compact size, and light weight. As a result, it is widely used in pipelines handling corrosive media such as in metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical, air, gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage systems.
